Business Development Executive

We are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Executive to grow our property portfolio through office and warehouse leasing, client acquisition and new business opportunities.

1. Identify and secure new tenants for office, warehouse and other commercial properties.
2. Explore new markets, clients and potential property acquisition opportunities.
3. Client & Relationship Management
4. Assist in preparing, reviewing and negotiating Letters of Offer, Tenancy Agreements and related contracts.
5. Manage renewals, rental negotiations and other tenancy matters.
6. Research market trends, rental rates and competitor activities.
7. Identify potential properties, investment opportunities and new business leads.
8. Attend client meetings, property viewings, networking events and industry activities.
9. Willing to travel for meetings and site visits when required.
10. 1–3 years of experience in property, real estate, leasing, sales or business development.
11. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
12. Commercially minded, proactive and target-driven.
13. Good understanding of tenancy agreements, contracts and property transactions is an advantage.
