岗位职责
We are looking for a
Junior Customer Service Executive
to join our freight forwarding team.
Responsibilities
Handle daily customer enquiries and shipment follow-ups.
Coordinate
Air, LCL, FCL and local delivery
arrangements.
Liaise with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transporters and warehouses.
Prepare and check shipping documents such as HBL/MBL, HAWB/MAWB, DO and permits.
Monitor shipment status, ETD/ETA and delivery arrangements.
Assist with job costing, billing and monthly job closing.
Maintain accurate shipment records and provide timely updates to customers.
Support the sales and operations team on daily activities.
Requirements
Previous experience in freight forwarding/logistics is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Basic $2,800-$3,200/month
Working location: Central
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours : 9am to 6pm
