Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (4 hours per day)
Work Location: Simei / Kovan / Buangkok
Public Holidays: No work required
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Officer who is seeking a long-term commitment with our company.
Training Requirements
Before commencing regular duties, candidates are required to complete 2 days of weekday training, from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM .
Job Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, appointment bookings, requests, confirmations, and phone calls.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Perform accurate daily data entry for customer and staff records.
Prepare reports for submission and compilation.
Handle general administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations.
Carry out other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or a frontline service role.
Experience in the beauty and wellness industry will be an added advantage.
Tech-savvy and able to learn new digital systems and applications quickly.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Able to commit to the stated working hours on a long-term basis.

Through sheer hard work, she managed to put herself through Beauty College with hard-earned money from door-to-door product sales. Eventually, she saved enough to start a home facial business.
With a pool of ever-increasing customer base that always came back for her great service and treatment results, she was finally able to start her first beauty salon at Toa Payoh in 1988.
This inspiring figure is Ms Alice Lim, beautician turned CEO who single-handedly grew Fresver from humble beginnings to the multi-award-winning brand it is today.
