Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, or performance marketing.

Strong knowledge of major advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Familiar with social media algorithms, audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and digital marketing trends.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

Experience in creative content writing and developing effective advertising messages.

Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Able to manage multiple campaigns and work effectively with different teams.

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other creative tools is an added advantage.

Plan, develop, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.

Develop effective social media advertising strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, campaign scheduling, and performance optimisation.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, including reach, engagement, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Prepare accurate digital marketing performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Develop engaging advertising copy and collaborate with the creative team to produce effective campaign visuals and videos.

Conduct A/B testing on advertising creatives, targeting strategies, and campaign structures.

Work closely with the Webmores marketing and creative teams to develop effective online marketing strategies.

Stay updated with advertising platform policies, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing trends.

Communicate campaign performance, progress, and recommendations to internal teams and clients when required.
