Salary: Up to $2200 - $2,600/month
Location: Various Locations, Depending on Project
Working Hours: Office Hours / Rotating Shifts, Depending on Project

Job Scope:

• Handle incoming calls and respond to public enquiries professionally
• Provide accurate information and assistance over the phone
• Address customer concerns, complaints and service requests
• Escalate complex or urgent cases to the relevant departments
• Record call details and update information in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on enquiries
• Perform general administrative and data entry duties
• Ensure service quality and compliance with established procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, A Level or Diploma
• Customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
• Entry-level candidates may be considered
