Job Opening: Operations Coordinator (Plumbing Experience Required)

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise daily operations and job scheduling

-Lead and manage field teams to ensure quality and efficiency

-Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

-Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers

-Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations

-Oversee inventory, tools, and materials management

-Prepare photos and service reports

-Prepare isometric drawings and material take offs (MTO) prior to project commencement

-Plan and control material orders, track deliveries, and monitor material usage to prevent wastage.

-Brief workers on installation methods, safety rules, and PPE requirements before commencement of work.

-Attend site inspections.

-Report daily site progress, challenges and technical issues directly to the Porject Manager

-Prepare CAD drawings for related projects.

Requirements:

-Minimum 4-5 years of experience in plumbing or related trade

-Proven leadership or supervisory experience

-Excellent organisational and communication skills

-Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities

-driving license required
