About the role

We are looking for a responsible

Sales Admin Assistant

to support our sales and service operations. The role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, managing maintenance contracts and renewals, and coordinating installation and servicing schedules with customers and technicians.

Customer Enquiries & Sales Support

Quotations & Sales Administration

Maintenance Contract & Renewal

Service & Site Scheduling

Fault repair work coordination

Good in Administrative Duties

About you

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, sales coordination or a related role

Experience in service-based or similar industries is an advantage

Possess good communication, coordination and customer-service skills

Must able to multi-task and good management

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Experience with CRM or sales-management systems is an advantage

Able to handle multiple enquiries, quotations, contracts and appointments efficiently

Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently

Fresh entry who are a keen learner are welcome

Comfortable communicating with customers and coordinating with technicians/service teams
