Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage BIM models, ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
Perform clash detection and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve conflicts.
Review and update BIM models, construction drawings, and shop drawings.
Manage BIM deliverables and model revisions using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360.
Ensure compliance with Singapore BIM requirements, including BCA, CORENET X, and IFC+SG, where applicable.
Support construction coordination, as-built modelling, and final BIM handover.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM coordination experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and Solibri.
Familiar with ACC/BIM 360, BIM standards, clash detection, and model coordination.
Knowledge of Singapore BIM requirements and CORENET X submission processes is preferred.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in managing subcontractors and offshore BIM teams is an advantage.
