Responsibilities

• Delivering a positive and memorable experience for every guest.

• Managing check-in / check-out for guest.

• Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.

• Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash management.

• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain confidentiality of guest information.

• Any other ad hoc support tasks for workplace operation.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with 3 rotating shift (Morning, Noon, Night, based on roster).

• Experience in customer service related position are welcome, with professional training provided.
