Job description:

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Management Reports.
• Maintain full set of accounts, General Ledger, Trial Balance and Bank Reconciliation.
• Record and verify daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare Debtor Ageing and follow up collections.
• Prepare Supplier Ageing, process invoices and supplier payments.
• Monitor daily cash collections and prepare Petty Cash Statements.
• Review monthly inventory reports, reconcile stock and investigate discrepancies.
• Process payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and staff claims.
• Prepare, issue and maintain e-Invoices in compliance with applicable LHDN requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Consolidate financial reports for multiple clinic branches.
• Maintain proper documentation and internal financial controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience; experience handling full set of accounts preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting, AutoCount or similar software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with integrity and attention to detail.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
