• Lead and manage product development projects from concept to mass production.
• Improve and optimize existing products based on performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Review technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Provide engineering support to production, quality, and procurement teams.
• Identify root causes of product failures and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate prototype development and conduct functional and validation testing.
• Ensure all products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, manuals, and documentation.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
