About Us

Ideahouse Corporation is a corporate gifts and promotional merchandise company with over 30 years of experience, serving clients across Malaysia and Singapore. We’re looking for a hands-on creative who enjoys both designing artwork and seeing it come to life on real products.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare, edit and finalise client artwork for print and engraving according to company standards.
2. Operate UV printing and laser engraving machines, ensuring accurate, high-quality output.
3. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of production machines.
4. Photograph products for the company website, catalogues and social media, including setup, lighting and post-editing.
5. Retouch and edit product images using Adobe Photoshop.
6. Use AI tools (e.g. generative fill, image enhancement) to speed up artwork and photo editing where suitable.
7. Coordinate with the Sales and Print teams to meet production deadlines.
8. Carry out other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia or a related field.
2. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
3. Basic product photography skills (portfolio required).
4. Familiarity with AI design or image tools is an advantage.
5. Experience with UV printers, laser engravers or other print production machines is a plus; training will be provided.
6. Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with hands-on production work.
7. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
