About the Role

Apex Retail is seeking experienced Beauty Consultants to join our premium retail and wellness team. This role is suited for individuals with a strong background in beauty sales who are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales objectives.

The successful candidate will provide professional skincare consultations, recommend tailored treatment and product solutions, and build long-term client relationships that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations and needs assessments.
• Recommend appropriate treatments, wellness programmes, and skincare products.
• Achieve individual and outlet sales targets through professional consultation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and brand representation.
• Support daily retail operations as required.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in beauty, aesthetics, spa, or skincare sales.
• Demonstrated sales performance in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a customer-centric mindset.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours

• Rotating shifts: 9:45 AM – 6:45 PM / 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: SGD $3,500 – $4,500 (commensurate with experience)
