Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers in process troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Support daily manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with Work Instructions (WIs).
• Support process improvement initiatives, Kaizen activities, product trials, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Support BOM management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ISO implementation and maintenance.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and other manufacturing-related activities.
• Prepare, update, and conduct WI training for new employees.

Requirements:

• NITEC or above in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in BOM, RCA, and manufacturing process improvement is essential.
• Basic understanding of BOM and Agile; familiarity with Agile or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Able to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate with colleagues across different levels.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
