Job Description

1. Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, staff rooms, offices and school common areas.

2. Provide logistical support for school events, including setting up venues, arranging furniture and moving equipment.

3. Perform school opening and closing duties, including locking doors, gates and operating security systems.

4. Assist with basic facilities maintenance, routine inspections, reporting defects and coordinating with contractors.

5. Support science laboratory cleaning, equipment preparation and other assigned operational duties.

Requirements

• PSLE qualification preferred.

• At least 1 year of school operations experience preferred.

• Able to understand and communicate in English.

• Able to perform cleaning, furniture arrangement and operational duties in a four-storey school without lift access.

• Able to carry out routine security checks and support basic facilities operations.
  

  Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM

  • Alternative shift (when required): 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Lunch Break: 1 hour daily

    Service may be required on some Saturdays (From 7.00am to 1.00pm):

    Not more than one Saturday per month
