We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager, Operations to provide strategic leadership across large-scale contract logistics operations and multiple business units or warehouse facilities.

This role will drive business performance, operational excellence and long-term growth through strategic planning, financial management, customer engagement and organizational development. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping operational strategies, strengthening commercial partnerships and driving business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee large-scale, complex warehouse and contract logistics operations across multiple sites or business units.
• Develop and execute medium to long-term operational strategies, including manpower planning, capacity management and infrastructure investments.
• Take ownership of P&L performance, revenue growth, cost management and profitability.
• Lead major commercial negotiations, contract renewals and strategic customer relationships.
• Drive organizational development, talent management and succession planning across management teams.
• Evaluate business cases and ROI for major capital investments, facility upgrades and warehouse automation.
• Oversee workplace safety, risk management and business continuity planning.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
• Analyze business and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and resource optimization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract logistics leadership.
• Proven experience managing managers and leading large-scale, complex or multi-site operations.
• Strong track record in P&L ownership, financial management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience in strategic business planning, contract management and customer relationship management.
• Strong commercial acumen, executive leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to make strategic business decisions and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.
