Job Description:

• Manage site temporary utilities
• Site coordination & inspection for all M&E works.
• Ensure all services pipes are in place before casting.
• Coordinate with M&E subcontractors, design consultants, and site supervisors to resolve clash detections, manage work fronts, and prevent delays to the master construction schedule.
• Enforce high standards of workplace safety and quality control for all temporary and permanent M&E installations on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction M&E coordination, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure, deep basement, or building projects.
