GUILD.SG is a boutique B2B marketing agency specialising in Singapore's construction, engineering and industrial sectors. We help businesses grow through content, digital marketing and strategic communications. We have operated this business for five years with a portfolio of existing clients, and are looking to launch it publically & regionally.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a smart, entrepreneurial AI power user who wants to learn how to build and run a business.

This is an AI-first role. You'll use AI extensively across sales, marketing, content creation, research, client delivery and business operations. We want someone who already knows how to get exceptional results from AI tools, not someone who's just starting to experiment with ChatGPT.

You'll work closely with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to the entire business cycle: finding customers, winning contracts, delivering projects and growing a profitable business.

What You'll Do

• Grow the business: Identify prospects, research opportunities, conduct outreach, develop pitches and help close new clients.

• Execute client work: Use AI to research, write, design and produce marketing content, campaigns, presentations and other deliverables.

• Manage clients and projects: Own client relationships, coordinate delivery and ensure work is completed to a high standard.

• Build AI workflows: Experiment with new tools, automate processes and develop smarter ways to deliver agency services.

• Help run the business: Get involved in pricing, proposals, commercial decisions and day-to-day operations.

Who We're Looking For

• Already excellent at AI. You actively use multiple AI tools and have built impressive things with them. Show us what you've done.

• Smart, resourceful and entrepreneurial, with a strong bias towards action.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Commercially curious and comfortable communicating with business owners and senior executives.

• Independent, organised and willing to take ownership of outcomes.

• Any educational background is welcome. We care much more about what you can do than your qualifications.
