Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with distributors, equipment rental companies, EPC contractors and industrial clients across international markets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and market mapping to identify potential partners and assess business opportunities.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through email, LinkedIn, telephone calls, exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective partners and customers to expand the company's global distribution network.
• Support commercial negotiations, distributor agreements and partnership arrangements in collaboration with management.
• Work with technical and marketing teams to prepare sales presentations, business proposals and customised solutions for potential partners.
• Monitor sales pipelines, partner performance and market trends, and prepare regular business development reports.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions and partner meetings, supporting regional market development and global expansion initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in international business development, B2B sales, industrial equipment or energy solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders across different markets and time zones.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), power systems, construction equipment or related industries will be an advantage.
