About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Engineer to join our expanding development team. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from gathering requirements and designing systems to developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for technology, a commitment to delivering reliable and high-quality software, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including project planning, system design, software development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Design, develop, and document system architectures, workflows, and technical specifications to meet business and operational requirements.
• Build scalable, efficient, and maintainable software solutions in accordance with coding standards and industry best practices.
• Integrate, enhance, and optimize software components to improve system reliability, performance, and efficiency.
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality, functionality, and stability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, development processes, and user manuals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, resolve defects, and improve existing system functionality.
• Monitor project progress and system performance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of practical experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Vue.js, JavaScript, Java, C#, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles and established software development methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Self-driven, flexible, and capable of working independently as well as contributing effectively within a team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, tools, and their practical applications in software development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
