Senior HR Executive | Singapore

I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Executive to join an international shipping business based in Singapore.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong HR generalist background who enjoys being hands-on, taking ownership of their work and working closely with people across the business.

What we're looking for:

• Ideally 5–7 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Essential: Previous HR experience supporting at least 100 white-collar employees.
• Strong experience across HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and HR administration.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and MOM requirements.
• Experience handling Employment Pass and S Pass applications would be highly advantageous.
• Payroll experience would be beneficial.
• A proactive, organised individual who enjoys employee engagement and bringing people together.
• Degree qualified.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day HR activities while continuing to develop their skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Please note: Experience supporting a white-collar workforce is a mandatory requirement. Applicants must also be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, as sponsorship is not available.
