Job Responsibilities:
Understand customers’ needs and provide product information and assistance.
Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervise and guide retail associates in following store policies and procedures.
Support daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and stock availability.
Handle cash transactions and customer purchases accurately.
Support in-store promotions and foster a positive working environment.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in retail or supervisory role preferred.
Passionate about customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Comfortable working on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Keen eye for store presentation and cleanliness standards.
