Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and responsible Construction Technical Officer / Building Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate building renovation, maintenance, and repair works to ensure timely and quality completion

Monitor site progress and workmanship to maintain high standards of quality control

Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to facilitate smooth project execution

Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant safety regulations and project specifications

Prepare detailed site reports, work schedules, and project documentation to support project tracking and communication

Support the company’s BCA registration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required competencies and certifications

Possess a relevant qualification recognised by BCA, such as:
National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS); or

Relevant Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, or Construction; or

Other BCA-recognised technical qualifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Relevant construction or building maintenance experience

Basic knowledge of construction site supervision and building works

Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Good communication and coordination skills
