WE ARE HIRING: SERVICE MANAGER

Location: Sunshine, Air Itam

Are you an experienced automotive after-sales professional with strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills?

CS Automotive Group is looking for a proactive and results-driven Service Manager to lead our Service Department at our Proton outlet. You will be responsible for driving after-sales revenue, managing workshop performance, maintaining service quality, and leading the team to achieve operational and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily service operations to achieve after-sales revenue and gross profit targets.
• Monitor departmental performance, revenue, gross profit margins, and operating costs to improve profitability.
• Oversee service invoicing, payment reconciliation, and credit note submissions to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
• Monitor customer satisfaction (CSI) and implement improvements to enhance the overall after-sales experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and audit requirements.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the service team to achieve departmental KPIs and maintain high performance.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration while ensuring responsibilities are assigned effectively.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, control unnecessary costs, and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• 3-5 experience in automotive after-sales service or workshop management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of service operations, revenue management, gross profit, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and automotive service management systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and committed to achieving business targets.
