We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology infrastructure projects across network infrastructure, data centres and High-Performance Computing (HPC) environments.

This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinating multiple technical and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation, testing, commissioning and handover of critical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, with hands-on experience delivering data centre, network infrastructure or HPC-related projects, alongside a good understanding of data centre power and electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network, data centre and HPC infrastructure projects, from planning through implementation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams covering network engineering, HPC, electrical/power, facilities and data centre operations.
• Oversee infrastructure deployments, data centre build-outs, expansions, migrations and technology refreshes.
• Manage site readiness, installation activities, connectivity, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors and engineering partners to ensure delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, resolve delivery challenges and manage escalations.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, implementation schedules, governance documentation and stakeholder reports.
• Ensure projects comply with technical, operational, safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in IT infrastructure, data centres, network infrastructure, HPC or critical infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end infrastructure deployment projects.
• Experience with HPC environments, HPC clusters or high-density compute infrastructure.
• Good understanding of data centre electrical and power infrastructure, including power distribution, capacity planning and infrastructure readiness.
• Strong technical understanding of networking and data centre technologies.
• Experience coordinating multiple engineering teams, vendors and contractors.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project governance skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience delivering projects in Singapore or across APAC is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and English, both spoken and written.
• Candidates must already have valid authorization to work in Singapore.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
