Job Summary
Join Motoserv as a Part-Time Service Advisor to support automotive service operations by managing orders, monitoring inventory, preparing quotations, and assisting customers with inquiries on a flexible 3-day weekly schedule.
Responsibilities
Order stock from suppliers and coordinate timely delivery to maintain service continuity
Monitor and check inventory levels regularly to ensure adequate stock availability
Prepare accurate quotations for customers to facilitate transparent pricing and service decisions
Assist customers by responding promptly to inquiries about automotive services and parts
Manage administrative documentation and complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to support daily operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
1-2 years of experience in administrative or automotive service-related roles to support effective task execution
Proficiency in MS Office to handle documentation and communication efficiently
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management to enhance service accuracy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and smooth workflow
Proactive attitude with a customer-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Availability to work a fixed 3-day schedule (Thursday to Saturday) to meet operational needs
