End-to-end HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, leave management, attendance tracking, staff confirmation and termination

Administer EP and WP applications, renewals and all related employee documentation

Maintain HR database and confidential personnel records

Support payroll data preparation and organise staff welfare activities

Manage daily office operations, stationery inventory, vendor liaison and meeting arrangements

Prepare HR and ad-hoc reports, and undertake other duties as assigned by management
