Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial greenhouse, hydroponic, fertigation, or crop production operations in a similar capacity.
  • Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
  • Practical knowledge of NFT hydroponics, drip fertigation, crop nutrition, EC/pH management, irrigation, and pest & disease management.
  • Able to diagnose crop and system problems and determine appropriate corrective actions.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approiach.
  • Flexible to work extended hours and weekends during peak planting and harvesting periods.
