Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent is required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cashier or POS systems is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Available to work the shift patterns listed and commit to a six-day workweek as required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Accurate transaction processing and basic cash handling skills for both cash and digital payments.
• Ability to complete daily sales, cash and stock reporting and basic reconciliation tasks.
• Willingness to learn product features, ingredients and current promotions to advise customers confidently.
• Familiarity with hygienic sampling procedures or readiness to follow tester cleaning SOPs.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly, well-groomed and customer-focused attitude with clear communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude toward feedback, and willingness to learn.
• Team player who keeps shared areas tidy and supports colleagues during busy periods.

Full-time position (Contract 1 year - renewable)

• Customer service: Greet and assist walk in customers with product info and recommendations.
• Sampling: Distribute samples hygienically - clean testers before and after shifts
• Sales transaction: Process purchases via Point of Sales (POS) or manually - ensure accurate records
• Cart maintenance: Keep cart clean, organized and well stocked at all time
• Cash handling: Reconcile cash and digital payments at day-end; report discrepancies.
• Reporting: Submit daily sales, cash and stock report - alert supervisor on low or fast moving stock
• Product knowledge: Stay updated on product features, ingredients, and promotion to better assist customers

Working time:

• 9:30AM - 5:300PM/2PM -10PM
• 6 days per week
• Monday to Sunday (Off on Weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
• Off Public Holiday
