, we’re bringing together Mediterranean flavours, Japanese influences, great drinks, music, and a lively dining experience.
We’re looking for a
Pastry Commis
to join our kitchen team and help us create desserts that are as memorable as the rest of the NOOR experience.
YOUR ROLE
Assist the pastry team with daily preparation and production
Prepare desserts, pastries, sauces, creams, garnishes and other components according to recipes
Assist with plating and presentation during service
Maintain consistency, quality and cleanliness across all pastry preparations
Ensure proper storage, labelling and handling of ingredients
Keep the pastry station clean, organised and well-stocked
Assist with stock checks and inventory control
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support the wider kitchen team when required
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in a pastry kitchen is preferred
Culinary or pastry training is an advantage
Passionate about food, desserts and hospitality
Willing to learn and develop new skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and presentation
Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
Positive attitude and good energy — we believe in building a strong team culture
