Help a leading earthwork company put AI to work.

Chuan Lim is one of Singapore’s leading construction companies, specialising in earthwork. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Chuan Holdings, listed in Hong Kong. We are now bringing AI into how we tender, plan, report and manage our projects, and we are looking for two AI Specialists to lead the way.

This is not a coding job. It is for experienced operations people who understand how a business really runs, enjoy making work simpler, and like helping others learn. You will report to the Chuan Lim AI Management Committee.

What you will do

• Work with departments to find where AI can save time and improve quality, from tender costing to payroll to weekly project reports.
• Turn existing processes and reports into simple, repeatable AI-assisted workflows.
• Design standard forms and templates so site and office data is consistent and reliable.
• Train and coach Department AILeads and staff until they can use AI with confidence.
• Draft the company’s AI data andusage policy and report adoption progress to management.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of operations experience; construction or engineering background preferred.
• Solid understanding of business processes and management reporting.
• Comfortable with computer applications, especially Excel; hands-on use of AI tools is a plus.
• Clear communicator in English who can explain things simply to site staff and senior management; verbal Mandarin is a plus.
• Training or coaching experience will be given priority.
• People management experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
