Personal Loans | Credit Cards | Unsecured Lending | Fixed Monthly Basic + Sales Commission

Join an established Banking Telesales Team with a Bank Sector Client Based in Singapore, specialising in unsecured retail banking products including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, CashPlus and Balance Transfers.

This is a target-driven outbound sales role where you will contact existing bank customers using leads provided, recommend suitable banking products and work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

The role offers a fixed monthly basic salary together with monthly sales commissions, with additional performance-based rewards for successful performers.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Portfolio Sales Team, you will focus on acquiring sales for unsecured retail banking products.

Your responsibilities include:

• Make outbound sales calls to existing bank customers using leads provided

• Promote and sell unsecured banking products including:

  • Personal Loans

  • Credit Cards

  • CashPlus

  • Balance Transfer facilities

• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs

• Persuade and engage customers professionally regarding relevant retail banking products

• Work towards assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

• Follow up with customers on pending applications

• Follow up on income documents and other supporting documents required for application submission

• Maintain a strong sales focus while providing good customer service

• Handle multiple customer cases and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment

• Work independently while contributing within a team-oriented sale
