Trainer Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement training programs and materials.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and improvement initiatives
- Assess and analyze training needs through surveys and data analysis
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to employees.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Prepare training schedules and manage logistics.
- Monitor and report on employee progress and performance post-training.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during training sessions.
- Building, maintaining, and growing positive relationships with client
- Build analysis based reports
Trainer Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor's in Education, or a related field.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and technology.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and practices online and in person
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Trainer or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and online training tools.
