Job Requirements

• Native Vietnamese speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads); experience targeting the Vietnamese market is a strong plus.

• Solid understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate) and how to optimize toward them.

• Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels.

• Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting; comfortable building simple dashboards.

• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.

Nice to Have

• Experience with landing page tools, CRO, or marketing automation.

• Familiarity with Vietnamese consumer behavior and local media landscape.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other performance channels.

• Optimize campaigns daily against core performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.

• Manage advertising budgets, allocate spend across channels, and ensure efficient pacing toward monthly targets.

• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results.

• Localize ad copy and campaign messaging for the Vietnamese market, ensuring language and cultural relevance.

• Set up and maintain conversion tracking and attribution (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel).

• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights for data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and product teams, as well as external partners and vendors, to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Stay up to date with platform changes, ad policies, and performance marketing trends in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
