Job Description: Contract General Worker (Johor)

• Role and duration: General Worker on a 3-month contract, renewable based on performance and business needs. Employed on LanceSoft's payroll and deployed at the client's Johor site.

• Responsibilities: Carry out general duties as assigned. In the Warehouse Department, this includes loading and unloading, stock handling, picking and packing, and keeping the work area clean and organised.

• Forklift (Warehouse roles): A valid Forklift Certificate is preferred, and certified workers may operate forklifts as authorised. Others assist with manual handling and material movement.

• Requirements: with a minimum SPM qualification.

• Work expectations: Physically fit for manual work, punctual and reliable, willing to follow safety procedures and site rules, and able to work shifts, overtime, or rest days when required.
