Job Description：

• We are looking for an experienced Solution manager in Utility-Scale Solar & BESS scenario to Support the sales team and be a trusted technical advisor to the customer.

• You will support the sales team in customers meetings, projects discussions, and project pre-sales requirements, such as issuing Utility Solar & BESS design and proposing suitable solutions.

• You will also support internal technical document control and management and be involved in existing and upcoming Utility Solar & BESS solution training.

• Your based location would be in Kuala Lumpur, with up to 30% business travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical support regarding Utility Solar & BESS solutions providing a major contribution to achieve sales targets in the utility market

• Maintain, develop and strengthen customer relationship in collaboration with account management by providing a high quality of technical support that meets customer’s demands and expectations.

• Meet customers on a regular basis, personally and online, for technical presentations, workshops and trainings as well as project related communications

• Reviewing RFP/RFQs and delivering the required technical offers and system configurations.

• Support contract negotiations and bidding documentation.

• Manage regional documentations, and knowledge data base and represent in exhibitions.

• Benchmarking solution against popular solution in the market and monitoring of market development

Position requirements and business skills：

• Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering or similar is a must

• Minimum 2 years of work experiences in technical sales/solution management in Utility Solar & BESS Industry; and prior working experiences in PV and/or BESS-related projects, issues and/or technologies are preferred;

• Deep knowledge of the technical requirements for utility Solar & BESS systems, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, tender requirements etc.…  

• Deep knowledge in EPC work scope, renewable energy consulting firm and Medium Voltage Station technology is an advantage

• Language Package: Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
