Job Summary

You will support school operations by attending to visitors, handling communications, providing first aid, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents at the front counter to provide a welcoming environment
• Manage incoming calls, respond to general enquiries, and accurately take and relay messages
• Administer basic first aid to students and maintain detailed sickbay records for health monitoring
• Contact parents or guardians promptly when students are unwell or injured to ensure timely communication
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, mail distribution, and registering delivered items to support school operations
• Record and track students’ late arrivals, early releases, and sickbay attendance to maintain accurate attendance logs
• Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed to assist school staff

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification
• Ability to administer basic first aid to students

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in front desk reception or administrative roles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Google collaborative tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively within a team

Other Information

• Location: Jurong
• Contract: 1 December 2026 to 31 December 2028
• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8.00am to 5.00pm, Friday: 8.00am to 4.30pm
