• 5 days work week

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing construction project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Managing the project team and providing the guidance in relation to the project performance and compliance, contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues that may arise
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to keep all stakeholders informed
• Manage and monitor sub-contractor's performance and ensure work deliver on schedule.
• Ensure the safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• Identify the potential risk during the project operations and provide the strategies to prevent the risk.

Requirements

• Background in Civil Engineering or any relevant studies
• Minimum 8 years of experienced in managing large scale of industrial construction project in Singapore
• Good experience in pharmaceutical plant will be preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
