Leadership & Task Management: Highly capable of independently planning, arranging, and coordinating daily work schedules, task allocations, and site dispatches.
Advanced Problem-Solving: Possesses the expertise to act as the primary technical lead, capable of diagnosing and resolving any complex technical issues or emergencies related to fire safety systems.
Strong Sense of Responsibility: Detail-oriented, highly accountable, and committed to delivering top-tier workmanship while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards.
Additional Skills: Direct experience in water pump repair and maintenance is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and oversee comprehensive inspection and maintenance routines for all fire safety systems to ensure optimal functioning and regulatory compliance.
Act as the lead trouble-shooter to investigate root causes of system failures, executing complex repairs promptly and effectively.
Lead, guide, and coordinate with junior technicians or subcontractors on-site to ensure smooth project and maintenance execution.
Provide expert-level maintenance recommendations, propose necessary system upgrades, and meticulously document detailed technical service reports.
Manage direct site coordination and communicate effectively regarding system statuses and necessary interventions.
