We are looking for a detail-oriented, meticulous and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team and support the daily accounting operations including data entries, accounts payable/receivable processes, membership reconciliation, and preparing of post-events Statement of Accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing of quotations and issuing of invoices for external events.
• Ensure billing accuracy and timely recording of invoices.
• Check and ensure official claims match the billing to customers.
• Update of all receivables and ensure all receipts with proper supporting documents.
• Reconcile membership fees invoices in Revolutionise system.
• Check and ensure all donors submitted the completed donation forms & payment screenshots.
• Preparation and submission of OTSF application to Sport Singapore.
• Data entry of donations in DMS-Lite system.
• Issuing of Purchase Orders and seeking approval for all purchases.
• Regular update of Small Value Purchases (SVP) list.
• Assist in preparing post-events & competitions Statement of Accounts (SOAs)
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least a Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• Min 3 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance.
• Hands-on experience in using QB Accounting Software preferred
• Independent & meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task
• Outgoing and team player, passion in sports
• Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with different stakeholders.
