About the Role

As a Service Crew member, you are responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent dining experience. You will assist in serving food and beverages, maintaining outlet cleanliness, and supporting daily operations while upholding the company’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and closing the outlet, including table arrangements and stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper handling of food and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle basic cashiering and operate POS systems when required.
• Support team members and supervisors to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage (training provided).
• Friendly personality with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
