Our client is a well-established global technology solutions provider with a presence in over 30 countries worldwide, providing hands-on technical support and delivering world-class IT services to their MNC clients. They are now looking for an experienced
Data Centre Network Engineer
to work alongside their talented team in a dynamic environment to scale greater heights.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and integrate network infrastructure requirements into global data center designs, including space, power, cooling, and connectivity.
Develop and evolve network infrastructure standards, technical guidelines, and design processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and construction teams to validate network infrastructure builds through site visits and construction administration.
Provide technical guidance to design, construction, and operations teams to maintain design integrity and minimize implementation deviations.
Support infrastructure commissioning, provisioning, and operational readiness across global data center sites.
Drive strategic initiatives focused on infrastructure efficiency, scalability, standardization, and innovation.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
Leverage automation, tooling, and AI to improve design consistency, deployment quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
At least 5 - 7 years of experience designing and deploying data center connectivity infrastructure
Experience working in
large-scale data center
Strong knowledge of structured cabling and fiber optic systems, including design standards and installation best practices
Willing to work on weekends (5 days work week, off days may be on weekdays)
Degree in any IT discipline or equivalent
Strong communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
