Help Build the Next Stage of SpecVision

As we grow, we don’t want to simply add more branches.

We want to build a retail operation where every outlet delivers the same strong standards, customer experience and SpecVision culture.

That is why we are hiring a:

RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER

This role will sit across our outlet network and help us build a retail operation that can scale.

Your Mission

Make every outlet stronger.

That means helping Supervisors lead better, solving recurring operational problems, improving systems, strengthening customer experience, developing people, and ensuring SpecVision culture is lived consistently across every location.

You’ll work on areas including:

• Outlet performance
• Retail operations
• Leadership development
• Culture and team behaviour
• Customer experience
• SOPs and controls
• Manpower coordination
• Stock and merchandising execution
• Problem solving and improvement
• New outlet openings and expansion

We’re interested in people who have experience managing *multiple stores, branches or locations* and who can see beyond today’s operational problems.

You should be able to ask:

“Why does this problem keep happening?”

“What should the Supervisors own?”

“What system needs to improve?”

“How do we stop this from happening across the other branches?”

And:

“How do we grow without losing our culture?”
