岗位职责

Develop and review structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical specifications for buildings and infrastructure projects
Conduct comprehensive structural analysis using industry-standard software and methodologies
Perform site inspections and monitor structural construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and project specifications
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes
Review and approve method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and other technical submissions
Ensure all structural works comply with Singapore Building Code, relevant standards, and project requirements
Prepare detailed technical reports, recommendations, and documentation for project management and stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineering team members
Identify, analyze, and resolve structural design and construction challenges in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with the team to implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, design, and construction projects
Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent)
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms)
Solid knowledge of structural codes, standards, specifications, and construction best practices
Experience with site supervision, inspection, and quality control on construction projects
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively in collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments
Professional Engineering (PE) registration or equivalent professional certification (preferred)
Experience with large-scale construction or infrastructure projects (preferred)
Familiarity with Singapore Building Code and local regulatory requirements (preferred)
Previous experience with engineering consultancy firms (preferred)
Project management experience (preferred)
