In this role you will play a critical part in driving business development and expanding our overseas and local market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

What You Will Do

• Market Development: Proactively explore new customers with a primary focus on overseas wholesale and distribution, complemented by local market channels.
• Customer Relationship Management: Formulate and execute customer plans to establish strong relationships with both overseas and local existing and potential clients.
• Strategy Implementation: Execute market-specific strategies to promote proprietary brands and utilize parallel-imported resources effectively.
• Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales & profits across overseas and local markets.
• Order & Operations: Manage cross-border and local order workflows and resolve sales issues.
• Forecasting & Planning: Conduct market analysis across target regions to provide accurate volume forecasts.
• Project Participation: Execute ad-hoc projects or market research tasks assigned.

Ready to Make an Impact? Here's What You'll Need

• University graduate or above, 3 years relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Experience and understanding of overseas market expansion, cross-border trade or local FMCG / wholesale preferred.
• Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, detail-minded, highly proactive with business acumen.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English with excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• proficiency in any other language is an advantage.
