• Perform routine pre-cutoverand post-cutover checks, connectivity tests, and basic health checks.
• Follow detailed MOPs and migration checklists under supervision.
• Document cutover progress, and escalate technical issues promptly to senior engineers. Record timing metrics, document execution steps, update inventory lists, and help archive post-cutover reports.
• Coordinate with on-site field technicians, client representatives, and remote operations centers.

Requirement:

• Basic understanding of IMS architecture, SIP signaling and protocols.
• Good willingness to work flexible hours/shifts for night-time cutovers.
• Strong communication skills in English, ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
