The Manager is responsible for implementing AI initiatives that enhance customer service efficiency, reduce costs, and improve satisfaction. This role focuses on workflow optimization, project and technical implementation and multi-team collaboration.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Customer Service Enablement

• Maintain AI agents for routine inquiries, escalation workflows, and proactive support.

• Integrate AI into chat, email, voice, and social platforms under VP guidance.

• Monitor performance and provide feedback for continuous model refinement.

2. Workflow Optimization

• Identify operational bottlenecks in departments’ workflow.

• Configure intelligent routing, knowledge retrieval, and self-service tools to reduce manual workload.

• Track productivity improvements and report results to senior leadership.

3. Technology Implementation

• Support evaluation and rollout of AI platforms, frameworks, and vendor solutions.

• Assist in development and customization of proprietary AI agents.

• Stay updated on practical applications of conversational AI and workflow automation.

4. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure AI deployments follow company policies, data privacy, and security standards.

• Conduct routine monitoring to detect bias, errors, and risks in AI outputs.

5. Cross-Functional Support

• Work with departments to embed AI into daily workflows.

• Support change management activities to encourage adoption and trust in AI solutions.
  
  

Job Specifications :

• Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, or AI-driven initiatives.

• Proven experience deploying AI solutions in customer service or enterprise workflows.

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, LLM integration, and workflow automation.

• Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, PDPO) and secure AI deployment practices is a plus.

• Experience in vendor coordination and solution implementation.

• Strong problem-solving, execution, and reporting skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
