Job Responsibilities:

1. Support end-to-end account management for music concerts and festival and artiste

management— from proposal support through event execution and post-event reporting

2. Assist in identifying and evaluating new business development opportunities across artist, and

music/concert promoters aligned to RWS LIVE's expanded scope

3. Coordinate cross-functional execution with marketing, operations, and finance teams to deliver

contracted events and activations

4. Prepare commercial proposals, event budgets, and post-mortem analyses to support account

decision-making

5. Maintain strong day-to-day communication with partners/agencies to ensure smooth contract

servicing and issue resolution

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Business, Events, Marketing, or related field, with relevant experience in

event business development, account management, or entertainment/artist partnerships 6-8 yrs

working experience

2. Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable liaising with artists, agencies, and internal

cross-functional teams

3. Commercially astute with experience in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and budget

management

4. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent events/projects under

tight timelines

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills; prior experience in entertainment, live events, or

IP licensing industry preferred
