The mission of the Boutique Manger is to develop and optimize the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and customer service.

Main Responsibilities
Targets & Sales

Define and build Boutique action plan with management to reach sales target

Monitor performances and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Boutique and individual staff

Build awareness of and report to Management competitors' activities and market trend regularly

Provide monthly reporting to management as database for formulating sales strategies, campaign and promotion

Customer Service & Development

Represent the Brand inside and outside the Boutique

Lead and coach the team to provide a welcoming & customer focused environment and deliver the best customer service

Develop long-term customer relationship and loyalty

Identify and monitor possible problems and provide solutions

Team Management

Coach and train up the team to carry out sales, customer service, visual merchandising, housekeeping, security measures complying with the company's guidelines

Ensure the team members have appropriate trainings to reach their targets in terms of sales and KPIs

Motivate and animate the team in daily briefing and sharing session to enhance their work performances

Create and develop a proactive and positive mindset in the Boutique

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of management experience in luxury retail environment, preferably in luxury watches and jewelry

Independent, confident, well-organized and results-oriented.

Customer-oriented, pleasant, and eager to interact with different levels of customers

Reliable, initiative with excellent analytical skills

Strong communication capabilities and proven problem solving skills

A good team player with excellent inter-personal skills

Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excel skill is important
