Day-to-day responsibilities include performing on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting electrical and automation issues, executing preventive maintenance tasks, and delivering timely technical support to ensure system uptime and reliability. The role involves collaborating with customers to understand their technical needs, providing clear guidance on system operation, and documenting service activities and technical findings. The engineer will also coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues, contribute feedback for system improvements, and support occasional training sessions for customer personnel.
